Our history in workers’ compensation law includes Timothy A. Larson’s well-known work in the 1990s, representing workers against Lockheed Martin, alongside Jeffery L. Dauer. They successfully represented approximately 1,400 employees who were hurt because of toxic exposure. It was a litigated case that led to millions in settlements.
